Answers to common questions about orders, shipping, and custom work.
How long does an order take?
Shop orders usually ship 3 to 5 business days after you approve your mockup. Requests through Start a project usually take 7 to 10 business days after approval.
Do you offer rush service?
Yes. Email us with everything you have (item, quantity, deadline, artwork if you have it) and we’ll tell you if rush is possible.
Do I see a mockup first?
Yes. Every order gets a free mockup to approve before we make anything.
How do I care for my item?
Hand wash full color printed drinkware. Engraved items follow standard care.
Shop or start a project?
If you see what you want in the shop, order it there. Start a project when you're looking for something you don't see in the shop, like a different product, a special size, or a custom idea. We'll work it out with you and send a free mockup.
How much is shipping? Is there local delivery or pickup?
Shipping is calculated at checkout from your address and the items in the order. Expedited shipping is offered for your convenience.
Local delivery is available in the DFW area and shows at checkout when it is offered for your address.
Pickup is not a checkout option. In select cases we can arrange it. Email info@laserlabcustom.com for help.
Is there a minimum order?
No minimums. Order any amount from the shop, or tell us what you need on our Start a project form.
What artwork do you need?
A logo, a name, or a short line. Files can be PDF, PNG, JPEG, WEBP, SVG, or HEIC, under 20MB. Upload artwork here. Tell us the wording and where it goes. If you do not have a file, describe it on Start a project and we will confirm what we can do.
I forgot to upload my art. What do I do?
Use the Send your artwork page, or email the file to info@laserlabcustom.com. Include your order number and tell us where it goes. We send a mockup before we print.
