Custom & Personalized Items

All sales of custom or personalized items are final. Since these products are made specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if we made an error in engraving or customization, we will gladly correct the issue at no additional cost. Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order with a clear photo of the issue.

Non-Custom Items

If you are not satisfied with a non-custom item, you may return it within 30 days of delivery, provided it is in new, unused condition and in its original packaging.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

How to Initiate a Return

  2. Wait for return approval and further instructions.
  3. Ship the item back to us using your preferred method.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the return, we will process your refund or exchange.
