- Custom & Personalized Items: Due to the nature of our products, production can take up to 7 days (or longer during peak seasons).
- Non-Custom Items: Typically ship within 3-5 business days unless otherwise noted.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer various shipping options at checkout. Delivery times depend on the carrier and shipping method selected. Estimated delivery times:
- Standard Shipping (USPS or UPS, at our discretion): 3-7 business days (FREE on orders over $99 within the contiguous U.S.)
- Expedited Shipping: Available at an additional cost.
- 🚫 International Shipping: Not available at this time.
- Local Delivery: Available for most customers in the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex. Contact us for details.

- Orders over $99 (contiguous U.S. only): Free standard shipping via USPS or UPS (carrier chosen at our discretion).
- Orders under $99: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
- Expedited Shipping: Available at an additional cost.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
Once an order has shipped, we are not responsible for carrier delays or lost packages. If your package is lost or damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly. If you need assistance, reach out to us at info@laserlabproducts.com.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
