Processing time
Production starts after you approve the mockup. Custom items take up to 7-10 business days after mockup approval. Peak times can run longer. We email you when the order ships.
Shipping methods and delivery times
We offer shipping options at checkout. Delivery depends on the carrier and the method you select. These estimates do not include production time.
Standard shipping is USPS or UPS. We choose the carrier. Delivery is usually 3 to 7 business days after the ship date.
Expedited shipping is available at checkout for an extra cost.

Lost, delayed, or damaged packages
Once an order has shipped, carrier delays and lost packages are the carrier's claim. If you need help filing it, email info@laserlabcustom.com.
Address accuracy
Check the address at checkout. We are not responsible for a package sent to an address you entered.
